Beautiful shared space right on the beach! The hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive. It was 4th of July weekend, and they even grilled some food for the guests to enjoy. Overall, a great experience. If I’m coming back to Winthrop, I’ll check this place out again!

Loved staying here. Was looking for something close to the airport that allowed dogs. It was great! Beautiful beach. Parking was easy. It is a shared bathroom and we never had a hard time with that. Nice place. There is a fan in the rooms, I don’t know about AC, but in May we were good.

Phill’s place is in a great location. One can easy to get a connection with the airport and the downtown using the ferry ⛴️, just over 20 minutes and the ferry puck up point at the walking distance - 7 minutes.
It is a great budget place for staying close to Boston.
We love walking on the morning and evening along the seafront. There is a good place for breakfast just at the back of the road. And one can use gym equipment at the terrace or jogging along the seafront. Great place!
