A very clean and tidy bathroom, the shared bathroom was very clean also. Lots of cooking facilities in the kitchen. The owners are very nice and interesting people with a great outlook on life. I can’t fault the property

Very eclectic Inn and a perfect location. As travelers who like to "support local" and stay out of the chain mainstays this cozy inn was a perfect layover for us as we headed to the NE.

Phil and his wife were excellent hosts. They helped with suggestions about restaurants, things to do and getting around in general. Public transportation was inexpensive and easily accessible. The view is amazing. The mattresses were top notch. We were a little hesitant about sharing a bathroom but it turned out just fine. Clean, plenty of hot water and never an inconvenience. We survived gale force winds and a nor'easter but stayed safe and dry. We will definitely be back!

Ocean View was beautiful, truly stunning! Everything was literally flawless, 10/10 If I had to nitpick the only thing I’d say is the check-in process was clunky and required too much manual intervention from the staff.
