The Sunrise Suite is located on the second floor of the Inn. It offers a comfortable, thoughtfully appointed retreat with prime ocean views and a private porch overlooking the beach. The suite features a queen bed nearby a shared bathroom. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, luxury soap, shampoo, and conditioner, along with our softest linens and plush towels. The room is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge for added convenience. Ocean Spray Inn is equipped with ample communal spaces. Guests are welcome to prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped communal kitchen, or simply enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while the waves crash just off of our front porch.

House Rules

Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the exterior of the Inn. If any guests are found to be smoking inside the room or the interior common spaces of the Inn, a $500 cleaning fee will be added to your stay.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the building and the room. Access to the room is via a lockbox located on the door handle. We will send you the code before you check-in. When you check out, please don't forget to put the keys back in the lockbox. Lost or replacement keys will have a $25 fee

A very clean and tidy bathroom, the shared bathroom was very clean also. Lots of cooking facilities in the kitchen. The owners are very nice and interesting people with a great outlook on life. I can’t fault the property

Ocean Spray Inn at 48 Winthrop Shore Drive, Winthrop MA * From downtown Boston: take I-90 East / Route 1A toward East Boston and Winthrop. * Continue through Winthrop Center onto Winthrop Shore Drive. * The property is directly along the beach/ocean side near Underhill Street Public transportation: * Take the MBTA Blue Line to Orient Heights Station. * From Orient Heights, take MBTA bus 712 or 713 toward Winthrop. * Exit near Winthrop Shore Drive and walk a short distance to the property. Parking information: * Only public street parking is available along Winthrop Shore Drive and nearby streets. * Winthrop Shore Drive is under DCR jurisdiction and does not require the overnight resident permit used on most Winthrop streets. * Free public parking is available along the beach area, but availability can vary during summer weekends and beach hours.
